Oum el Nour is proud to expand its mission of hope, healing, and transformation to Liberia through the establishment of "The Mother of Light Liberia."

The story of Oum el Nour's expansion to Liberia began with the vision and dedication of Bishop Guy Paul Noujeim, who recognized the growing need for substance use treatment and support in the region. His commitment to bringing hope and healing to individuals led to the establishment of The Mother of Light “Oum el Nour Liberia”.

Guided by the same principles that Oum el Nour was founded upon in Lebanon, Bishop Noujeim worked tirelessly to ensure that the organization could extend its mission of support and recovery to the people of Africa especially Liberia. Thanks to his leadership and the collaborative efforts of the Lebanese and local community organizations and health partners, the Liberia branch now offers vital services that empower individuals to reclaim their lives from the grip of addiction.
